Plantain shell from the Polish brand Naturalnie Zdrowe. Widely used in herbal medicine, natural medicine and cooking. The seeds of this plant are a rich source of fibre, mucilages, fats, antioxidants and phytosterols.

A healthy addition to meals or drinks (do not eat it in any other form). When added to meals, it thickens them, which is why it is a good addition to soups and thick sauces. Perfect as an addition to yoghurt or milk, along with cereals and fruit.
