Almond flour from the reputable Saracino brand has the form of a light powder. It is obtained from blanched and ground almonds. It is an excellent alternative to traditional wheat flour. Full of nutrients, ground almonds have many more benefits than flour traditionally used in baking. They reduce the level of bad LDL cholesterol and lower blood pressure.
