Almond flour is a light powder. It is obtained from blanched and ground almonds. It is an excellent alternative to traditional wheat flour. Full of nutrients, ground almonds have many more benefits than flour traditionally used in baking. They reduce the level of bad LDL cholesterol and lower blood pressure.
Almond flour contains relatively few carbohydrates - only 21 g in 100 g. It is characterized by a high protein content - 27 g / 100 g. This value is comparable to meat. Almond flour is recommended for people on vegetarian diets.
Almond flour will be perfect where you want to get a fluffy mass and get a delicate and sweet taste plus a nutty aroma.
