Vanilla paste is made from the most noble vanilla Bourbon originating in the kingdom of vanilla, Madagascar. Along with its natural grains, in a convenient form of a smooth gel, it aromatizes, giving an essential and intense vanilla flavor to baked goods and desserts. Perfectly spread in cakes and creams. Also ideal for toppings, sauces, whipped cream, ice cream or pancakes. Dosage is about 2-4 teaspoons per 250 g flour.
