Dried yeast - Dr. Oetker
Instant dried yeast is a natural product that causes baking and loosening. Unlike traditional yeast, they do not require reconstitution. Before kneading the dough, simply pour it into the flour. The exceptions are heavy cakes, e.g. with a large amount of dried fruit, where the solution should be prepared. Instant dried yeast can be used for all types of yeast cakes, they are always at hand and do not require refrigeration. Thanks to the special drying technology, they retain full loosening properties even after prolonged storage.
