The LorAnn Proffesional Bakery Emulsions distinguished from concentrated extracts with a rich, robust and long lasting taste. The emulsions are particulary suitable for use in more extreme environments. They could be processed at high temperatures. An excellent choise for all self making cakes, biscuits, cookies, but also for fillings, such as icing and desserts.

Gluten-free product, no added sugar, sweeteners or dyes, soluble in water.

TASTE: Pistachio

INGREDIENTS: water, propylene glycol, alcohol, natural flavouring, artificial flavor, xanthan gum, emulsifier: E413.

May contain traces of: egg, peanuts, soy, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.
