The LorAnn Proffesional Bakery Emulsions distinguished from concentrated extracts with a rich, robust and long lasting taste. The emulsions are particulary suitable for use in more extreme environments. They could be processed at high temperatures. An excellent choise for all self making cakes, biscuits, cookies, but also for fillings, such as icing and desserts.

Gluten-free product, no added sugar, sweeteners or dyes, soluble in water, suitable for people with celiac disease.
