Light diastatic wheat malt is a product that is widely used in the food and alcohol industry. Used both to produce alcohol and natural baked goods, it gives them a pleasant color and an exceptionally deep flavor. It improves the quality of baked goods, makes homemade bread aromatic and its crust crispy. Added to dough, it accelerates its rise, which saves time and makes bakers and confectioners reach for this type of malt just as willingly as individual customers. Wheat malt is also a component of various types of bread mixes. It can successfully replace rye and barley malts used for this purpose.
