Azucren's concentrated baking flavor is fat-soluble and bake-proof up to 240º. Its high concentration allows a spectacular aroma and flavor effect with a small dose of product.
Flavors are suitable for chocolate, classic sugar masses and plastic icing for modeling. They are also suitable for all kinds of baking: muffins, shortcrust pastries, butter cookies, sponge cakes, cakes, as well as ice cream and frozen desserts.
