Due to its functional properties, high-foaming albumin is ideal for the production of marshmallows, meringue, warm ice cream, black puddings, coconut cakes and others. Also used as a dietary supplement for people actively practicing sports. Contains complete protein. It is rich in vitamins and minerals and corresponds to the parameters of fresh chicken protein. 100 g of egg white powder and 900 ml of water equals 1 kg of liquid protein, which is about 34 egg whites of medium weight class chicken eggs. The powdered product, unlike fresh eggs, has a longer shelf life and does not require transport and refrigerated storage. It is easy to dose and prepare.
