Royal icing protein powder - Bake Plus - 50 g

Royal icing protein powder is dedicated especially for confectioners to decorate cookies, cakes, cupcakes, etc. Just like when decorating gingerbread or biscuits, you need to be aware that raw eggs carry the risk of salmonella. It is therefore safer to use their substitute, i.e. protein powder. 50 g of powder and 450 ml of water equals 0.5 kg of liquid protein, i.e. about 17 whites of medium-weight chicken eggs.
