Gradius kitchen thermometer with clip - Tescoma

The GRADIUS clip-on kitchen thermometer continuously measures the temperature of food from 25 °C to 250 °C during cooking, frying, pasteurizing, etc.

Thanks to the temperature sensor in the tip of the needle, the GRADIUS kitchen thermometer can be used to measure the temperature of liquid food or to quickly measure the temperature inside solid food, such as when baking meat, cakes, pudding, etc.  

The dial of the kitchen thermometer with a clip clearly indicates the ranges of the most commonly monitored temperatures in the kitchen:

- Cream (25 to 29 °C) - a creamy mixture to be safely blended in with butter, etc.

- Yogurt (40 °C) - hot milk for safe blending of bacterial cultures into yogurt

- Milk (78 to 80 °C) - pasteurizing milk

- Preserving (80 to 95 °C) - preserving food

- Caramel (160 °C) - preparing caramel

- Frying (180 to 250 °C) - frying and deep-frying temperatures

The GRADIUS kitchen thermometer has a clip for hanging on the edge of dishes. The red sliding marker on the edge of the dial of the GRADIUS kitchen thermometer is used to clearly mark the temperature-controlled sections.
