Agar-agar is a tasteless and odorless gelling agent obtained from algae. It is an excellent substitute for all animal gelatins. It is perfect for both desserts and dry dishes. Proportions: For delicatessen jelly - 10 g (1.5 tablespoons) of Agartine per 0.5 l of liquid. For a delicate dessert jelly - 6 g (1 tablespoon) of Agartine per 0.5 l of liquid.
