Macaron mix - Decora - white, 250 g

An easy-to-use mix for making almond macaroons. Every amateur of confectionery and gourmet of macaroons will easily cope with their preparation. Does not contain palm oil. From one package of 250 grams, you can prepare 35 macaroons with a diameter of 3.5 cm.

Preparation: Add about 50 - 60 ml of water to the contents of the package, and then beat with a mixer for about 7-10 minutes until a uniform mass is obtained. Transfer the prepared mass to a pastry bag with a round tip. Press the discs onto a macaroon mat or baking paper, leave for about 120 minutes to form a crust. Bake at 135°C (convection oven) or 150°C (oven with top-down heater, no convection) for about 15 minutes. Ready!
