Candy Melts are an excellent option for anyone looking to easily make homemade chocolates, glazes, lollipops, or stunning chocolate decorations. With their exceptionally smooth texture and pleasant, lightly milky flavour, working with them is pure joy – whether you're a beginner or a seasoned confectioner.

Available in a wide range of vibrant colours, Candy Melts also come in a white version that serves as a perfect base for custom colouring. Unlike traditional "white chocolate," these white discs are truly white, allowing you to recreate an entire spectrum of shades accurately using oil-based colourants.

Candy Melts are incredibly easy to use – simply melt them in the microwave or in a water bath, pour into moulds, or apply with a piping bag, which is especially helpful for intricate designs. After filling your mould, gently tap it against the counter to release any air bubbles. Let the chocolate set, preferably in the fridge. For multi-coloured designs, make sure each layer has fully set before adding the next one.

Once set, the chocolates release easily from the moulds. Any leftover melted Candy Melts can be re-melted and used again in future projects. The product does not require refrigeration.
