Paramount Crystals - Wilton - 450 g

Wilton Paramount Crystals are special fat crystals that dissolve easily and help with melting chocolate, confectionery coatings, carob, and yoghurt coatings. Their addition improves fluidity, makes tempering faster and more reliable, and helps prevent chocolate from seizing, ensuring a smooth and even consistency.

The crystals are also ideal for stabilising buttercream in warmer conditions and for preparing crumbly pastries and cookies, giving them the right level of crunch. The product is colourless and flavourless, so it does not affect the taste or colour of finished creations. It is free from gluten, salt, and sugar, and is suitable for kosher, halal, and vegan diets.

The recommended usage is 3–5 g (approximately 1 teaspoon) per 100 g of product, added gradually while stirring until the desired consistency is achieved.
