Mirror Glaze in white from the renowned Italian brand Saracino.

Mirror glazes are a great solution to add a mirror shine effect to your baked goods and desserts. The glazes are ideal for use on cakes, ice cream, pastries, creams, mousses and frozen desserts. They can be decorated with spray glitter or edible gold.

Instructions for use:

1. Pour the glaze into a bowl.

2. Heat it to 35/40°C.

3. Mix slowly to obtain a uniform product.

4. Pour over the cooled cake.

5. Place the cake in the freezer for 30 minutes, then decorate as desired.

The product should be stored in a cool and dry place, protected from direct light.
