Lime-flavored Clear Mirror Glaze.

Clear mirror glazes are an excellent solution to add a mirror-like shine to your cakes and desserts. They are perfect for use on cakes, ice creams, pastries, creams, mousses, and frozen desserts.

Usage Instructions:

1. Pour the glaze into a bowl.

2. Heat it up to a temperature of 35/40°C.

3. Stir slowly to achieve a homogeneous product.

4. Pour over chilled cake.

5. Place the cake in the freezer for one minute, then decorate as desired.

Store the product in a cool and dry place, shielded from direct light.
