Rectangular grid ideal for cooling or icing pastries. It was made of steel, covered with a non-stick anti-adhesive coating. The coating prevents baked goods from sticking to the grid during cooling. The grid is suitable for cooling baked goods in and without forms. It will be irreplaceable for coating cookies, gingerbread, pralines and cakes with icing and melted chocolate.
