The rack is ideal for cooling or icing baked goods. It was made of steel, coated with a non-stick non-stick coating. The coating prevents the baked goods from sticking to the grid during cooling. The grid is suitable for cooling baking molds as well as without them. It will be irreplaceable for pouring icing and melted chocolate cakes, pralines, gingerbreads or chocolates.
