Royal icing for decorations - Kelmy - 1 kg

Royal icing for creating confectionery decorations. Perfect for decorating using a tip, brush and stencils. It can also be used as a food-grade glue. You can use it to decorate cakes, cakes, muffins and desserts. Product of the Spanish brand Kelmy.

How to use:

- hard consistency - add 60 ml of water to the mixture (500 g).

- medium consistency - add 80 ml of water to the mixture (500 g).

- thin consistency - add 120 ml of water to the mixture (500 g).

Mix in the mixer for about 10 minutes at low speed until a smooth structure is obtained.
