Carmine red chocolate dye based on cocoa butter. The product is prepared for direct work with cocoa butter. After dissolving, it can be used as a paint for painting forms and pralines, as well as for applying with a gun. Perfect for coloring white and dark chocolate. Sealed in a tight package. A product of the renowned Polish brand Food Colors.

INGREDIENTS: cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin E322, dye E122, antioxidant E392. E122 dye may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
