Place the base of the adapter in the pouch, place the decorating tip on the adapter and replace the cap to hold it in place, and trim the end of the pouch accordingly. To change the decorating tip, there is no need to remove it from the sleeve, just remove the cap and replace the tip with another one. Disposable confectionery sleeves also fit the adapter.
