There is nothing better than homemade chocolate mousse. However, Powdered Chocolate Mousse is a delicious alternative at your fingertips. It is unmatched on the market: this chocolate mousse is very similar to home mousse, but saves a lot of time.

The secret is the intense and natural taste achieved thanks to the very high chocolate content: the powder consists of 70% Callebaut® milk chocolate.

It is enough to pour a bag of powder into 1 liter of milk and beat at full speed for 5 minutes. The consistency is perfect for tubing and forming quennells on dessert plates.

Our confectioners recommend pouring the mousse into the pan before cooling, as it will keep its airless consistency. Quenelles should be formed after cooling, when the mousse is sufficiently solidified.

1. Mix the contents of one package with 1 liter of cold milk

2. Whisk at full speed for 5 minutes

3.Pipe into cups or glasses and leave to cool in the refrigerator for about 6 hours OR shape quenelles after cooling
