The ColorSoft food color spray by Modecor is a decorative colorant designed for surface coloring of desserts. It creates a delicate finish with a soft satin effect – known as soft velvet. Free from cocoa butter and hydrogenated fats, it’s a lighter alternative to traditional velvet-effect sprays.

Perfect for use on frozen products such as entremets and semifreddo. Colors remain vivid and bright. The spray allows for quick and elegant decoration without the need for an airbrush.
