Velvet spray from the renowned Italian brand Modecor. Creates a decorative coating on classic cakes, mousse cakes and monoportions. Also intended for chocolate, chocolates and pralines. The decorated product should be well cooled beforehand. Suede should be at room temperature before use. When applying, spread a uniform layer of the product on a cold surface from a distance of approximately 20-25 cm. Product for professional use.
