Chocolate Drip by Colour Mill is a trendy, easily melt-able icing.

It's perfect for creating delicious, flowing drips and decorations on your cakes, muffins, single portions, and other desserts. It closely resembles liquid chocolate and works wonderfully for decorating tasty pralines and chocolates, dipping lollipops, cake pops, fresh strawberries, and other fruits. Usage:

Microwave: Remove the cap and seal. Microwave the bottle with the icing for 20 seconds and squeeze the bottle gently, then microwave for another 20 seconds and shake to mix the contents.

Boiling Water: Leave the bottle in a container of boiling water for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze the bottle and shake it regularly until the mixture completely dissolves. Caution: Avoid contact between the icing and boiling water. Do not allow water to enter the bottle. The icing can be reheated multiple times until all contents are used up.

Store the icing in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
