Edible glitter flakes in the form of a fine powder with particles of different thickness. Perfect for decorating fondant, marzipan, royal icing of pralines, chocolate, creams, cakes, jellies and wafer paper. It creates the effect of a flickering glow on the decorated surface. It is intended for manual decoration with a brush. The product can be applied dry and wet after mixing with alcohol. Does not contain E171. A product of the renowned PME brand.
