Metallic Dust Ruby dye in the form of a fine powder with different particle thicknesses. It is ideal for decorating sugar mass, marzipan, royal icing, pralines, chocolate, creams, cakes, jellies and wafer paper. It creates a shimmering glow effect on the decorated surface. It is intended for manual decoration with a brush. The product can be applied dry or wet after mixing with alcohol. E171 not included.
