Burgundy food emulsion. An innovative product for coloring white chocolate, allowing it to be tempered. It is also intended for coloring fatty masses and creams. It is distinguished by strong color saturation, efficiency, high covering power and ease of insertion into the mass. Droplet dosing allows for easy application. Does not contain E171.
