Modecor Color Paste is a professional, concentrated fat-based food coloring in paste form. This series has been designed for decorating and coloring confectionery products such as chocolate, buttercreams, ganache, glazes, and other fat-rich creams and dessert masses.

Thanks to its fat-soluble formula, these color pastes blend smoothly into fats, allowing you to achieve intense, uniform, and deep colors with just a small amount of product, without altering the consistency of the mass. The wide range of colors makes it easy to match any project – from subtle pastel shades to bold, vibrant decorations.

COLOR: Red (Rosso)

INGREDIENTS: Vegetable oil (sunflower, safflower, rice), vegetable oils and fats (palm, sunflower, illipe), colorant: E129, emulsifiers: soy lecithin, E1520, antioxidant: E307. May contain traces of: milk, nuts.
