Powdered pink food emulsion. An innovative product for coloring white chocolate, allowing it to be tempered. It is also intended for coloring fatty masses and creams. It is distinguished by strong color saturation, efficiency, high covering power and ease of insertion into the mass. Droplet dosing allows for easy application. Does not contain E171.
COLOR: powdered pink
INGREDIENTS: polyglycerol polyricinoleate E476, vegetable oil (rapeseed), dye: carmine E120, quinoline yellow E104, iron oxide E172, emulsifier: soy lecithin E322, polysorbate 80 E433, antioxidant: rosemary extract E392. E104 dye may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
