Food glue in gel, Italian brand Saracino. The glue is perfect for combining decoration elements made of sugar mass. You can use it to create drops of water on sugar flowers, or (after adding a blue dye, for a water effect. Fresh fruit (e.g. strawberries) smeared with it will shine beautifully and stay fresh for sweet pastries longer.
