LorAnn Natural Intervase is a natural enzyme that turns fondant from a solid to a liquid. Its ability to keep products moist and fresh is invaluable in the production of soft candies, cookies and other baked goods. Invertase also prevents sugar from crystallizing in products such as ice cream, so they maintain a creamy and uniform texture.
INGREDIENTS: glycerol, invertase. May contain traces of: eggs, peanuts, soy, milk, sulfur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) at concentrations above 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.
