Bread mix Shepherd's Bread is a ready-made product for preparing aromatic bread in the privacy of your own home. Thanks to the presence of dried rye sourdough in its composition, the prepared bread will gain a natural traditional taste, identical to baking made on the basis of yoghurt.
Shepherd's bread - a type of light bread with a crispy crust and delicate crumb - owes its name to the professional group that contributed to its creation, i.e. shepherds. Due to the presence of yoghurt, based on the highest quality milk, which is a component of the old recipe, shepherd's bread will always be associated with the guardians of dairy animals.
From one package we get bread weighing about 0.75 kg after baking.
The product contains gluten from cereals, may contain traces of soy, sesame, nuts.
