Velvet Spray Professional Burgundy is a spray that creates a decorative coating on classic cakes, mousse cakes and monoportions. Also suitable for chocolate, chocolates and pralines. For the best effect, the product should be heated in a water bath. To obtain the desired consistency, the container should be heated evenly - not exceeding the temperature of 50 degrees C, and then shaken until the ball moves freely.
