Red high-class sugar mass of the Italian company Saracino. Perfect for use in high temperatures and high humidity. It is very flexible, it withstands temperature fluctuations very well, it does not sweat or crack. The best mass for use in summer. Irreplaceable when covering the cake and creating flat decorations. It has the addition of cocoa butter, thanks to which it is also perfectly stored in the refrigerator. Recommended by leading Italian decorators. Gluten-free product.

INGREDIENTS: sugar 72%, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, corn starch, stabilizer: E422, high-oleic sunflower oil, thickener E466, aroma, preservative E202, acidity regulator E330, dye E129. May contain traces of eggs, peanuts, soybeans, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios and milk. The dye E129 may have a harmful effect on activity and attention in children. Gluten-free product, does not contain hydrogenated fats.
