Tip

On cold days, warm the bottle in the microwave for 3–5 seconds before use, then shake well to allow easier dispensing. For a silky, glossy finish, Italian or Swiss Meringue buttercream is recommended. Colour intensity can be increased by using a hand mixer – the longer you mix, the deeper the shade.
