Deco Melts pastilles have a great taste and an exceptionally smooth structure, making them an excellent basis for the production of homemade chocolates, toppings or chocolate lollipops. The lozenges come in a variety of colors. The lozenges are extremely easy to use, just melt them in a microwave oven or in a water bath and pour into molds. In the case of precise patterns, it is easier to use a pastry bag for this purpose. After pouring the mass, gently tap the mold on the surface of the worktop to remove air bubbles. Then leave the mass to cool, preferably in the refrigerator. When creating multi-color patterns, wait for the previous color to solidify before pouring the next layer. Chilled chocolates should easily come off the mold. The remaining mass can be melted many times and used in subsequent projects. It does not require refrigeration.
