Mix for macaroons - FunCakes - 300 g

Easy-to-use macaroon mix from the renowned FunCakes brand. Every amateur of confectionery and gourmet of macaroons will easily cope with their preparation. You will get 20-24 macaroons from one package. Gluten-free product. Preparation: Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Mix 300 g mix with 70 g egg white, add colouring to your preference. Mix at high speed for min. 5-6 minutes. Fill a piping bag and make circles on a macaronmat. Rest for two hours. Preheat the oven at 140°C (convection oven 130°C). Bake for 15 minutes.
