Designed for fatty masses, it will be perfect for coloring macaroons, meringues, sugar masses, royal icing, ganache, jellies, drinks, etc. Thanks to the high tinting power, it allows you to get intense and vivid colors even with small dosing. Before the first use, for proper mixing, pierce the protective foil, close the container and shake it. For a better result (if you have time) after shaking, let the dye rest for 8-10 hours.
