A mixture with dried tomatoes and onions is a wheat-rye bread, consisting of bread flours. More than half is wheat flour type 750, and 20% rye flour type 720p. It is bread with the addition of dried rye sourdough, and while it is not the only mix of this type, it definitely stands out from other breads. Not only does it have a unique taste and texture, it also attracts attention with its beautiful, rustic appearance.

It is also impossible not to mention the tomatoes and onions, which give the baking a pleasant aroma that will begin to spread in the kitchen during baking. Both onion and tomato will also add charm and original appearance to the skin and flesh.

Importantly, thanks to the use of a mixture of flours and natural rye sourdough, we managed to obtain a more moist and porous crumb. Thanks to this, homemade bread retains its freshness longer and does not go stale.

From one package, after baking, we get bread weighing about 0.75 kg.
