What Makes Keto Whole Grain Bread Mix Different? First of all, no grain flour in the composition. They were replaced with flours from excellent sources of healthy fats - sunflower and white sesame. In addition, golden flaxseed and plantain husk, which additionally increase the dose of fats, but above all provide a solid portion of fiber and protein. Proteins are also egg albumin, which is as much as 50 g in one mixture - it is the equivalent of about 10 eggs.

Natural composition is not everything. The strength of the mixture is also the ease and speed of preparation. We don't need yeast to make bread - we don't have to wait for the dough to rise anymore.
